이분 탐색에서 보통 mid값이랑 target이랑 비교해서 값을 찾는데,
target보다 작거나 큰 범위를 찾아야 하는 경우에는 target == mid 경우를 생략하고 부등호를 원하는 곳에 넣으면 된다.
