90. Subsets II

for (int i = start; i < nums.size(); i++) {
            if (i > start && nums[i] == nums[i - 1]) {
                continue;
            }

when you make the subset that do not allow duplicate elements,
you can use step as an index and like this you can hop the duplicate index.

215. Kth Largest Element in an Array

you can solve it using quick sort's partition method
