ZDC - Fixes to intercalibration, waveform extraction. New workflow to parse and analyze CTF data

The affected workflows are not used in online or offline data processing. For the moment are workflows that are started manually on the test machines. No need to cherry pick.
The modifications included here have been extensively used locally and are not used in reconstruction and therefore can be included in master without effects on next production. I would like to start working on the modifications to recostruct the four misaligned runs on the updated code base. Thanks.
