[PWGCF] Update in D0 analysis (MC,ML, SB)

Updates within this PR:

• new header file created and implemented for soft pion removal from D* decay
• in FemtoDerived.h: MCTruth origins for D0 mesons added and px and py dynamic column declaration changed
• processTrackD0MC updated to obtain the MC Reco and MC Truth D0s
• new fill functions: fillMCTruthParticlesD0, fillMCParticleD0 and fillDebugD0D0barML
• some new configurables
• unused confgurables removed
• new processes in the task: processD0MLOptBgAndPrompt, processSameEventSB and processMixedEventSB
• Work in progress: efficiency corrections implementation
• Work in progress: processMCReco and processMCTruth
