Added monitoring of the nContributors vs bc in Time Frames (two histograms), in order to estimate the quality deterioration at the end of the Time Frame during the last orbit in the TF (which roughly corresponds to one TPC drift time).
Controlled by a Configurable "flagMonitorBcInTF": 1 - add these histograms to the output, 0 - not (default).
