DPG/AOTTrack: Improve MC flagging for D-meson tag-and-probe

With this PR I applied a couple of fixes / improvements to the MC tagging. In particular:

• now the channel is stored in the output table (so that one can run multiple channels at a time without mixing the content of the table)
• I slightly changed the content of the table, adding the impact parameters and renaming the product
• I changed the isSignal flag, which now contains the information of background, prompt, non-prompt, resonant channel stored in a bitmap
• I added the resonant channels for the D+ that were missing
• I added the possibility to fill the table only with signal or only with background
