[Modpack Bug]: Ponder feature broken in 5.2

Describe the issue

After updating my server and client from 10-4.12 to 10-5.2 the ponder feature of mods like Mekanism and Create throw the error "This ingredient crashed when getting its tooltip. Please see the client log for details"

There's no error log on the server side but the client side has the following error:
