Summary of Changes:
This PR focuses on some additional things that I thought about adding that were either forgotten in my previous quest related PR or have been suggested by parts of the community.
Chapter 3: Fixes Extrator Typo in Miniature Exit Portal quest
AE2: Adds quest for additional AE2 guides (basically ?ae2guide in quest form)
Apotheosis Gear: Added Pinnacle Gateway to Endless Gateway's Quest to make it clearer that you need to beat the Pinnacle Gateway for this. Made some more text Rainbow.
Apothic Enchanting: Replaced Curse mention in the Quanta quest with another Weaker Enchantment mention. Now mentions JEI instead of EMI. Fixes Eterna quest to say 100 is the max instead of 50.
Apothic Spawners: Now includes ways to get spawn eggs, as well as additional spawners from more mods (Based on 9sky's version of this chapter). Added images for the title, as well as for the other spawners and spawn eggs section. Added "And Other Spawners" subtitle to the chapter.
Basic Power and Basic Logistics: Ported Pipez Upgrade Quest from 10sky (they now mention Basic Upgrades being able to use all filtering options to line up with the AllTheTweaks patch making it possible)
Building Tips: Added tip for linking Building Gadgets to AE2 here as well.
Cataclysm: Adjusted HP numbers to match current configs. Made Strange Key a dependant of the Aptrgangr quest. Added Cataclysmfarer quest, for those who beat all Cataclysm bosses (let me know if I made the rewards excessive with it).
Chapter 2: Added mentions of additional structures by When Dungeons Arise and Ice and Fire, plus adjusted the Ancient Pyramid quest to say many structures instead of 3.
Chapter 3: Adjusted Dragon Familiar quest to no longer misinform people about getting the spawn egg from the ritual. It now also mentions throwing the Creature Catcher.
Extended & Advanced AE: Added Ultimate Quantum Computer setup quest (I'll miss that pinned message, so I'm putting it in game (nevermind it was brought back. Still making the change anyway)). Reworked Quantum Computer image to use the new design (and shifted it a bit to the left)
EvilCraft: Adjusted Vengeance Spirit quests to have a more sensible progression (plus adjusted Blood Extractor quest to give a tip to use Dark Tanks to expand its capacity)
Forbidden & Arcanus: Added Industrialization Overdrive Multiblock Builder to Tier 5 Hephaestus Forge quest plus added suggestions to use said Multiblock Builder to the Runic Crucible and Auto Forge quest if the reader does not feel like building it by hand. Made the Bucket quests for the Auto Forge a dependency rather than a dependant of the Auto Forge quest. Added quest for Liquefied Source.
Industrial Foregoing: Major Quest Rewrite. Pretty much all quests now have descriptions. Added some quests that were missing for certain machines, as well as quests covering Industrial Foregoing Souls. Added link to BucketSt's Guide Video. And more things I may have failed to describe in this overview.
Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks: Fixed Echo of Tyrus spelling error, now it's spelled Echo of Tyros
Just Dire Things: Reworked Time Crystal Quest to be a bit more color coded on what color each dimension refers to based on the color of the budding time crystal block instead. Additionally, includes an image for reference on what each color of budding time crystal block refers to. Added 240 XP to all Time Crystal/Time Fluid related quests. Added a Basic Fluid Tank with 12 buckets of Time Fluid to the Time Fluid quest
Productive Bees: Added mention of Shroombees to Behavior quest (thanks Lego for telling me about this), plus added some additional information on how to get Shroombees to their respective quests. Adjusted ATM Metal Bee quests to say Foundry instead of Smeltery, to avoid misleading players into thinking they need to use the MineColonies Smeltery for those bees (plus fixed broken loot reward).
Productive Trees: Added Rainbow Gum Sapling quest. Adjusted Self Pollination Quest to say Self Mutation.
Oritech: Ported lang file from 10sky, with a few changes. (It had no text in this pack so I figured this could at least do for now) (Fixes #3601)
Occultism: Added Quests to cover Ars Ocultas (plus adjusted final quest to mention four areas instead of three). Added Quest to hopefully make people understand pentacles building off of each other. Adjusted pentacle names to match their in game counterparts.
Railcraft: Made the hidden Seasons Crowbar quest optional.
Silent Gear/Productive Metalworks: Added "And Productive Metalworks" subtitle to the chapter. Quests will now ask for Black Foundry Parts specifically, to make progression clearer. To "make up for it", added optional quest covering dyeable foundry parts.
Tips and Tricks: Reworked Dis-Enchanting Table to cover almost all disenchantment methods. Added quests for Gateways, the Steam Mining Drill, Mob Swab, and Keybind Bundles. Added mention of Demagnetization Coils to Simple Magnets quest.

Applies to Basic Power and Basic Logistics
- Cataclysm: Reworked Cataclysmfarer Quest Reward to be more...rewarding, now with real ATM Star Blocks (not clickbait)
- Just Dire Things: Reworked Time Crystal Quest to be a bit more color coded on what color each dimension refers to based on the color of the budding time crystal block instead. Additionally, includes an image for reference on what each color of budding time crystal block refers to.

yeah I didn't copy paste the whole thing.
Plus a few miscellaneous changes:

Railcraft: Made hidden Seasons Crowbar quest optional
Now no longer misinforms about the ritual giving a spawn egg.

- Apotheosis Gear: Sigil of Supremacy Quest no longer has a background, to make the Gate Pearl image more visible
- Apothic Enchanting: Adjusted Occult Ender Lead Infusion Setup slightly
- Undergarden: Added Warning about Utheric Infections. Adjusted Forgotten Minion quest to use an observation instead of a kill.
