Added magic and version attributes to compartment report example. Removed the "v" group.

In the report .h5 I've added the missing attributes to recognize the file as a compartment report and removed the extra group named "v" (we agreed long time ago to use a single file per variable, so this group is not necessary and is not in the spec).
