Add automatic logging to a Discord channel for key plot system events, such as when a player finishes the tutorial, requests or receives a plot, submits it for review, or when staff approve/reject it. This will help staff track progress, improve response time, and maintain transparency.

Logs can be sent via webhook or DiscordSRV and should include player name, action type, and relevant plot info.
