I think the cmake MPI build has been broken since #915, and I think it has to do with the fact that I initially had the Cluster subdirectory build as a separate library. The code would build, but trying to run any cluster-related code would segfault with strange backtraces. Making the Cluster subdirectory part of the cpptraj common objects seems to have fixed it.
Also adding a cmake MPI build to CI to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
