Build issue with WPF project .NET framework 4.8

Hi, by referencing the last version nuget and build project with .NET Framework 4.8, I get the following error:

Error Unknown build error, 'Could not load type 'SharpSvn.Implementation.SvnLibraryAttribute' from assembly 'SharpSvn, Version=1.14001.156.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d729672594885a28' because the method '.ctor' has no implementation (no RVA).'

Latest SharpSvn has a reference assembly and multiple versions based on architecture. This error seems to imply that you somehow use the reference assembly at runtime

But, I only referenced the last official nugget

What style of nuget do you use? The legacy packages.config or PackageReference in the project file?

And perhaps it might be relevant to also note which project type you use, as that might also be related

I use PackageReference.
About project type, in effect, if I use a pure 'Console application', it builds ... But, as soon as I add a .xaml file (wpf userControl or wpf window) in the project, the build error appears

I have the same problem in a VSTO project with a WPF usercontrol. (nuget SharpSvn 1.14005.343)
