Add jupyter-book to docs extras and pytest to dev extras. Add MyST configuration file for documentation building. Update .gitignore to exclude MyST build outputs.

This PR sets up automated documentation building and deployment using Jupyter Book and GitHub Pages. The documentation will automatically publish whenever pushing to the
