Updated to support signed blob as introduced by Transformer Prime. Also added Visual Stuio 2008 builds of the code.

I appreciate the changes, but we are not going to merge that many changes at once.
Some quick comments:

• Don't include VSBuild directories (Two reasons: 1) You included far too much 2) You can generate a build project using cmake from my CMakeLists.txt file, so no need to include it)
• Don't change the gitignore. We don't want the binaries in the git repo.

You have also included multiple copies of the source files, which is only going to cause issues.

Can you make a pull request with just the sourcefile changes?
