Additional Menu upgrades

A few thoughts...

1. get rid of the new window popup when editing. All AJAX. edit link title? use jeditable or something similar. all in the modal.
2. Additional menu options. Flyout, Dropdown flags.
3. limit flyouts and dropdowns to one sublevel only.
4. when editing a menu item, if said menu item has submenu items, show them all in the edit interface. have edit controls for the menu item and submenu items at the same time. no more hover, then hover then click.
5. just make an add button, edit button and a delete button.
6. in menu items options (add or edit) make a flag to make this item and submenu items inactive (would be active by default.)
7. use the bootstrap modal for editing/creating menus and menu items.
8. when creatin a menu, select a menu type along with a template, or have it understand somehow that you get additional options if you select say a mega menu template. (horizontal menu with dropdown menus sorted into columns. keep drag and drop working in edit mode.
