Make the Search module have a configurable list of "search providers".

By default, using the "search" text box on a site should take the user to the ASU search appliance: http://gb1.appstate.edu/

The Webmaster's Office, at one point, offered more options/integration/access to this search appliance, so be sure to ask about this.
