Help Wanted: Pull Requests

I'm sure a lot of people will be asking that question, and a lot of people should be asking that question, because the power of pull requests is the very best of GitHub.

Someone should make a tutorial that reveals all of this information, or find one that's already been made and give it prominent linkage.
