Summary

• change flat.guid to flat.triplet (in support of internal reluctance to just use actual identifiers; someone please let me know if I'm reading that wrong)
• add a new column 'guid' to flat; populate it with GUID

(from ArctosDB/arctos#4337)

• rebuild /guid/ pages to use data from FLAT; do whatever is necessary to FLAT to make this happen
