The -I option should eat only the first argument and accumulate over multiple occurrences (in cz.cuni.mff.d3s.trupple.main.settings.Settings).

Following invocation shall not end with error:

$ java -jar trupple.jar -std=turbo -I ./path/ example.pas
No source file specified.
