About the source code for reproduction

I hope this message finds you well. I have been reading your work on E-SAM and am very interested in your approach. I am currently working on reproducing your results for medical image segmentation, but I noticed that the source code provided in this repository appears to be incomplete.

Could you please let me know if you plan to update the repository with the complete source code, or if it might be possible to share it directly? I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to fully explore and reproduce your method.

Thank you for your interest. The core implementation of our method has been publicly released, with the main code available in E-SAM/model/MoE.py and segment_anything_ESAM/modeling/sam_my.py. We have also updated the repository to include the dataset-related code.

Thank you for the update. I noticed that dataset.py currently only contains the class for the MMWHS dataset. Could you please let me know how the BTCV and Synapse datasets should be processed?
