这是一个已知问题 [1]。

原因：Minimax TTS 输出的是 MP3 格式，但 QQ 官方机器人适配器需要 WAV 格式才能转换为腾讯 Silk 格式上传。代码使用 wave.open() 读取文件时会验证 RIFF 头（WAV 格式标识），非 WAV 文件会触发此错误。

临时解决方案：

• 社区有 MP3 到 WAV 自动转换的分支：https://github.com/zhx8702/AstrBot/tree/feat-wechat-tts-mp3towav
• 需要安装 ffmpeg 依赖
