As written this will load the community parts in as well when it iterates through techs.json. I like this method of adding the techs! But, we need to handle this part either here or edit the code that handles the addition of community parts currently. |

Hopefully this is reasonably minimal change that implements the required tech bag and rep bag modifications needed!
