Hello, thank you very much for your work.
My question is regarding the GC Lambda values that can be obtained from a tractor experiment. Is it normal for this value to be higher compared to a standard GWAS performed with Plink?
In particular my standard GWAS experiment achieves a lambda ~ 1.01. But separating by ancestry, I obtain ~1.18 in my target population.
Should I perform an extra step to correct this? or does TRACTOR prioritize other metrics?
Thanks for your time.
