The camera output is a black screen in all tested browser apps
The resolution of the black screen sometomes corresponds to the resolution of the selected video file
Device: Google Pixel 4a, Android 13
Magisk rooted, Zygisk enabled, LSPosed installed
camera2Magic Version tested:
CAM2Magic-0.8.6.408942a.apk
and
CAM2Magic-0.8.6.3635b1d.apk
App Permission
All Permissions were granted for the app itself and the tested apps.
In settings of the app: "Pause app activity if unused" were both disabled and enabled
--- LSPosed Manager
com.nothing.camera2magic App scope selected in LSPosed Manager:
com.duckduckgo.mobile.android ✅
com.brave.browser ✅
org.mozilla.firefox ✅
system ✅
com.google.android.contactkeys ✅
com.google.android.safetycore ✅
It was also tested to select only the browser packages,
e.g.: com.duckduckgo.mobile.android ✅
with the same result.

--- Camera2Magic App
Selected video path: /storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Camera/test.mp4
APP issues with no app response:
- File selection for IMAGES and VIDEOS works (selected files are not displayed in the app and are not used as camera output)
- NETWORK TAP cannot be selected
- The option field for IMAGES cannot be selected, but file selection for IMAGES works; IMAGES are not displayed in the app
--- In Target Apps
Android system message after allowing access to the camera in the browser app:
Unblock device camera?
This unblocks access for all apps and services that are allowed to use your camera.
Option 1: Cancel
=> If ‘Cancel’ is selected, a black screen will be displayed. (The correct resolution of the previously selected video file will be used for the black screen display, only sometimes.)
Option 2: Unblock
=> If ‘Unblock’ is selected, the normal device camera will be used.
