Low ccc score on resnet deep learning features in development set

Based on the default setting, my ccc score computed by resnet deep learning features is 0.05292, which is much lower than the baseline 0.269

Hi, I has obtained the account for data download in SEWA website(https://db.sewaproject.eu/search/). How can i obtain the CES partition along with the combined annotations (gold standard) from different raters for the CES challenge? Thank you.
