Nature of the PR: feature
Automatch is running in the background so no need to emphasize "Match order" function. But we still need to display it in case automatcher stopped so that users can call matching manually.
Steps to reproduce:
Automatcher is running on rinkeby only at the moment.
Place matching orders and wait the UI to pick events: matching section will be dispayed when new order received and usually very shortly OrderFill received and matching section disappear.
