Use a distinct .init_tmp suffix in store_initial_check instead of .tmp to avoid collision with the DiskBackedBitV flusher, which could rename away the temp file between write and rename causing ENOENT.
Previously, adding a magnet via the API blocked until metadata was resolved via DHT/peers (up to 120s timeout), making bulk adds unusable. Now magnets are registered immediately in a new MagnetPending state and metadata resolution runs in a background task. The API returns instantly with the torrent ID. On resolution, the torrent transitions to Initializing and starts normally. On failure, it moves to Error state.
…tagged builds Regular CI builds on push to main now skip fat LTO and single codegen-unit for faster iteration. Tagged releases get the full optimization via CARGO_PROFILE_RELEASE_* env var overrides.
The build script only watched webui/src/, so asset changes (like the new logo SVG) were missed by cargo's rebuild detection, causing stale dist output to be compiled into the binary.
