Upload md files for additional project knowledge

For new projects, I use several conversations – often with different agents – to build a project requirements document, or at least a general research document. This is a markdown file.

Currently, this is only possible by pasting the MD contents into the chat.

I'd like to be able to upload MD files in Autocoder to help the agent to understand the requirements in more detail.

I agree, this would be super useful. I'm working on developing an algorithm as a proxy for Cognitive Dream Theory and there will be multiple research papers that would be useful for context.
