Feature: add some basic auth and roles system

There is this PR #31 which adds LAN access to the webui which is great. Having some simple auth mechanism would be great using some existing auth provider like e.g. Entra ID or Authentik with a basic role system (developer / read-only) which can be set to different projects.

Auth is for web, mate. This is not a web-based thing. It runs on your local machine.

The "auth" on your local computer is the password you type in when logging in (or fingerprint).
So, you already have "auth" there.

you are right when you run it locally. with this feature #31 it can be exposd on the network which requires some kind of auth IMHO. putty a auth proxy in front is not really a great setup.
