Export Only User Parameters

Also not sure if im using incorrectly, but when I export the parameters it also exports the model parameters eg. "d34"

This becomes an issue if I import that parameter list into another files which also has a "d34" dimension but for a completely different sketch.

Currently to get around this, I'm editing the generated csv to remove any non-user parameters. Could there be an option to only export user params?

I can work on this, but just checking if you think this is useful.

It would involve adding a dialog to check if you only want to export user parameters, then something like this
