GitHub usernames are in non-case-sensitive alphabetical order.
Moving props to be for the release, rather than individual change entries make them cleaner to read. From 2.2.0 onwards, we'll be linking through to the relevant PR, so it will be easier to see who specifically helped with what, though the comparison links show all of the PRs anyway.
Props include those who also just did a merge commit, since they would hopefully have reviewed the change as well anyway.
