Phge/sync scenarios with dotnet

Change some data in XML scenarios so that the content of the XML can be compared with other XML generators. Especially, I expect the ProcessRunIDs to be the same (deterministic).

Also, I noticed a minor item missing: precision for the measures. We use it in listings in cloud.
