Allow to perma-emote with shift + f key

A nice enchancement would be to allow an emote to be permanently active. I imagine the mod would have to repeatedly trigger the emote on a timer to achieve this. Performing any other emote should cancel the perma-emote.

So we can walk around our whole lives smiling or frowning or ill face. Would be very fun.

I can look at adding something like this, along with other useful features made by other mod developers, in the next week or two. The exact implementation might vary, though, as there are currently more than 12 emotes and I'm using Shift + F-keys as the overflow.
