Project page redesign

• Lose the carousel
• Add a section for "useful links"
• Get to the stories faster. Currently, stories are pushed down to far. Can we compress project header stuff (with expand button) to bring stories list higher up the page?
• Should the page be more like Quartz? (stories are open, load stories as you scroll, etc?)
