languageVersion 2.0 support

Can you please add support for ARM Template languageVersion 2.0? This is currently a blocker for us to use newer Bicep functionality in our templates.

Trying to deploy a template using languageVersion 2.0, validate and push pipeline succeeds without any error, but no deployment is created, logs are showing: WARNING: [07:52:07][New-AzOpsDeployment] Unable to determine to scope type for this Az deployment : /subscriptions/<subscription id>/providers//

Here's a simple template to reproduce this:

When using newer Bicep functionality like user defined type, extensibility etc. the compiled ARM template will be of languageVersion 2.0

E.g:

Also worth mentioning here, although I understand that supporting experimental features is not a goal for AzOps. If you enable experimental features for Bicep using bicepconfig.json, like the Graph extension, the languageVersion will be set to 2.1-experimental for all compiled ARM templates.
