Describe the bug
The job list returned from the server is incorrect

To Reproduce
1.run "jobs = %adl listjobs --account yanacaitest --page_index 0 --page_job_number 10";
2.it will list job under "yanacaitest" cluster;
3.check the results.

Expected behavior
The returned result does not match the job browser

The job list displayed in the IDE ordered by the status but the results in notebook doesn't. Suggest to follow the IDE style.

@v-qingqz @ruixinxu Unlike ScopeStudio, after Getting the jobList info from ADLA, we do not perform subsequent sorting operation (such as sorting by time or job status). Do you want to get the jobList info ordered by time and job status ?
