- Adds the Azure github container registry as a target docker images - Update the dockerignore to use '/' for buildx compatibitity - Swap to the docker/metadata action to extract tags and versions to ensure the name / tag produced is valid (e.g. lower case org name) Signed-off-by: Graham Hayes <graham.hayes@microsoft.com>
