The deployment failed with the current azuredeploy.json when I select Elasticsearch VM and Tika VM.

Tika deployment error : "Private static IP address 172.31.5.20 does not belong to the range of subnet prefix 172.31.1.0/24.
Elasticsearch deployment error :
"Private static IP address 172.31.4.21 does not belong to the range of subnet prefix 172.31.5.0/24."
"Private static IP address 172.31.4.20 does not belong to the range of subnet prefix 172.31.5.0/24."
"Private static IP address 172.31.4.22 does not belong to the range of subnet prefix 172.31.5.0/24."

I have updated IP addresse variables to be in accordance with subnet.
