Description

AKS module does not include an option to deploy an AppGw ingress controller. Would be great to include this (it’s another resource deployment). Then include the Bicep linking here: AGIC Add-on enablement with ARM template · Issue #2245

I think we should discuss this issue before we just go ahead with the implementation on this. It is suggestion an approach where we either cross-ref the appgw module, or build it with the AKS module. Although it is similar to any of the pip, nic, disk, priv endpoint approaches we have, this takes that to another scale.
