[Bug Report]: Publish to Azure Container Registry fails

Describe the bug

Current implementation results in the following error:

- Please run 'az login' to set up account
- Please run 'Connect-AzAccount' to set up account.

the Pipeline Task doesn't recognize this as issue and shows up green
