Improve deployment scripts formatting (e.g. add synopsis). Discuss if scripts should be moved to the modules global folder if used more than once

The individual `.scripts` in each module should be moved to a `/modules/.global/.scripts` folder (ideally next to the diagnostics template which could be in a `modules/.global/.templates` folder.

Also, each script should receive a synopsis (i.e., documentation).

Once moved, the module tests must be update too to reference the new path.
