The module in main.bicep throws an error stating that the publicipaddress is not found when we set the parameter value of natGatewayPublicIpAddress to true.

To reproduce

To Reproduce the error, set the parameter value for natGatewayPublicIpAddress to true and run the deployment for Nat Gateway.
