Fixing PrivateDnsZone removal

Closes issue #823

• Changing default vnetlink name from <vnetname> to <vnetname>-vnetlink otherwise filtered out from the removal job since having the same name of a dependecy resource
• Updating API to latest
• Improving removal scripts verbosity
