ai init fails: ERROR: 'model' is misspelled or not recognized by the system.

I'm trying to set this up. I've reached step 2: https://github.com/Azure/azure-ai-cli?tab=readme-ov-file#step-2-initialize-resource-connections-and-configuration-w-ai-init
It gets past quite a few steps and then fails like this...

ERROR: 'model' is misspelled or not recognized by the system.

The same thing happens if I try ai init openai.
