Install instructions don't work for Ubuntu 21.10 (No 21.10 debs are built)

The guidelines at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/install-azure-cli-linux?pivots=apt don't work on Ubuntu 21.10 because no 21.10 repository exists on https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/azure-cli/dists/

Is it possible to get these added to the build chain?

Per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases, Ubuntu 21.10 Impish Indri was only released on October 14, 2021.

I will mark this issue as a feature request.

Workaround: use Hirsute package

For now, could you follow Option 2: Step-by-step installation instructions and change AZ_REPO to hirsute which is supported since #19367?

I tried with a docker image and it seems to work correctly:

az --version

Ubuntu 21.10 Impish also ships libffi.so.8, like 21.04 Hirsute:

# find /usr/lib -name "libffi.so*"
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libffi.so.8.1.0
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libffi.so.8

So the Hirsute package should work fine (#18703 (comment)).
