Scope of the work

• All Basic operations generated via atomic cli tool;
• No custom flows;
• Packaged as CLI extensions and not module;
  • Required test cases created as part of the development;
  • PR created under CLI extensions

Hey @yonzhan, We just had an onboarding call for this service. They are also requiring work for Azure CLI.

Here is the work item for APEX. @rafaeldnferreira, please provide any information that @yonzhan requires so the team can have the information the will need to plan the work.
