Cannot install azure-cli on Ubuntu Noble - E: Unable to locate package azure-cli

Describe the bug

I execute the following with one command (same behavior if using option two or even what ubuntu suggests to prioritize MS repository for azure cli)

I have tried also manual option (Option2) from here:

also have tried what Ubuntu suggested: https://documentation.ubuntu.com/azure/en/latest/azure-how-to/instances/install-azure-cli/

None of them works as it seems it does not find the package in the repo.

One remark is that https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/azure-cli/dists/noble/main/binary-all/Packages does not return a binary to download as it does for the other versions which makes me think if it is not in the repository
