--subscription flag not valid on az login #29004

Description

Describe the bug

az login will now prompt the user to pick a subscription, but it doesn't accept a --subscription flag to automatically pick a subscription. Our usecase is that we have a make init rule in a Makefile that sets a user's environment correctly that calls az login, and it's confusing users that they now need to select a subscription manually after running it.
