Missing 'description' parameter from ad sp reset-credentials

Hi.

I am creating SPN credentials using the az ad sp reset-credentials command, and have run into an issue regarding naming of the keys that are created. For example, password keys are always created with a description of 'Key Description'. It would be useful to have a '--description' parameter to specify this.
