Moving to a new repo

We have moved to the https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python repo! 🎉🎉🎉

V4

4.0 has been released and all active development has been moved to https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python

V4 issues and feature requests will move to azure-sdk-for-python. Any new issues opened on this repo that are V4 bugs or feature requests will be moved to the azure-sdk-for-python repo.

V3

For the time being V3 code and issues will stay in this repo. If you're not sure if it's a V3/V4 issue, you can use the azure-sdk-for-js and we'll manage it there.
